This facial toner features a subtle hint of peppermint oil and can be used as a primer before your other skincare products or to simply absorb excess oil throughout the day. Our CBD Facial Toner is wonderful for all skin types.

APPLICATION:

Sweep over face and neck with a cotton ball or wipes after cleansing. Avoid the eye area. Can be used throughout the day to rehydrate and refresh skin. For best results, use after cleansing and exfoliating and follow with serum and moisturizer.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:
