The new year is fast approaching, so it’s time to make some skincare goals to help you and your skin be healthy and beautiful!
When it comes to creating resolutions for yourself, they don’t have to be over complicated. Sometimes the best way is just to go the simple route. This is the same when it comes to skincare.

For example, if you want to apply sunscreen every day. The first step you can take is always to make sure you have sunscreen on hand like in your purse, pocket, wherever!
Another way is to add a note on the door, or a reminder on your phone in the morning, to give you that nudge to not forget to put on sunscreen before you go out for the day.
Even though they are small steps, they can take you a long way when it comes to reaching your goals and helping your skin overall.
Check Your Progress & Celebrate
For each goal, you should set up milestones so you can track your progress and allow you to celebrate the success of reaching every step towards those skincare resolutions.
It’s always an amazing, rewarding feeling for anyone when we can see our progress, growth, and achievements.
It’s especially impressive when you give yourself unique rewards for each milestone and skincare goal you accomplish!
Give yourself some unique reward or treat that you want to be more motivated to achieve every goal. Drank 8 cups of water for the day? Celebrate with your favorite movie. Avoided touching your face or popping pimples for a few weeks straight? Treat yourself to a spa day/night at home.
When you work towards achieving your skincare goals, by the time next year rolls around again, you’ll find that you and your skin will be healthier than ever before!
